Shipping policy
1. Rewards are non-transferrable. They apply to the original purchaser for future purchases and cannot be sold or donated. We will review the account to make sure this is the case.
2. Rewards obtained in a seemingly fraudulent manner that abuse the spirit of the program are null and void. This program primarily exists to reward good repeat customers. Rewards obtained by hacking or taking advantage of loopholes within the website software will not be honored.
3. Free shipping to the continental US on all products. No shipments out of the country period. Some products may be available to Alaska and Hawaii for a surcharge.
4. The return policy is that for 30 days if there is something demonstrably wrong with a product, we will provide a replacement and return shipping, everything free of charge, so no worries. Returns that are treated as a trial period or akin to a change of heart within 30 days is subject to return shipping charges, basically you get a refund minus return shipping.
5. Trade-up or trade-in programs are primarily limited to SVS, it is based on the difference in full retail plus all shipping charges, both ways, if the product is within 1 year old, which is the same as what SVS offers. You are free to ask but typically we don't do other trades.
6. Warranty claims can be handled through us, just reach out and we can help you with the process. It is often much faster to do this than to do it yourself.
